When you book your vehicle to us it is very important to us that your vehicle is protected and cared for as if it was one of our own vehicles. We cover all vehicles in our care under our own carefully selected insurance policy which covers any vehicle within the premises and also for any road use should we need to carry out a roadtest.

All work is given the required 3 month labour warranty and all parts fitted are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty which covers labour and parts replacement up to 12000 miles or 12 months from the date of fitting. So you can rest assured that all our repairs are fully covered should any claim be required.

When we service your car you will also benefit from an emissions warranty which means that should your car fail a police roadside check on exhaust emissions within six months from the date the service was carried out, your fine will be refunded. Just a little extra peace of mind we aim to give you.

Under the Block Exemption Regulations 1400/2002 (in short "BER") You can now have your new car serviced at any independant garage without invalidating your manufacturers warranty. This is important as you can now save on manufacturers prices but still keep the warranty fully intact. This gives you the customer freedom of choice.
